Vacuum test failed

Problem description:

The device was unable to perform the vacuum test.

Possible Causes:

  • A leak in the chamber
  • Leaky solenoid valves (V1 / V2 / V3)
  • A faulty safety valve
  • Issues with the steam generator or pressure sensor
  • A worn-out or dirty chamber door gasket, which prevents proper sealing.

 

How to solve it:
  • Clean the gasket. Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and a mild, chlorine-free detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Do not use sharp tools or aggressive chemicals.
  • If the gasket appears worn, deformed, or cracked — replace it.
