Code No. 7: Drying Pressure Too High

Problem Description:

The pressure inside the chamber is too high during the drying phase.

This issue can occur when:

  • The red drain hose is immersed in water, preventing proper drainage.
  • The hose is kinked, twisted, or improperly routed, which blocks the free flow of condensate.
  • The load is too heavy, interfering with proper pressure regulation during drying.

How to solve it:
  • Make sure the red drain hose is not submerged in water.
  • Ensure the hose is laid out freely and without bends – gravity should allow water to drain easily.
  • Check that the weight of sterilized instruments does not exceed the recommended limits: max. 0.5 kg (S) or 0.8 kg (PRO).
