Code No. 19: USB Storage Fault
Problem Description:
The device does not detect any USB memory stick.. This typically indicates a failure of the USB medium.
This may result from:
- A damaged or incompatible USB drive
- A malfunction in the USB port, internal cable, or control board
- A mainboard malfunction affecting data transfer
How to solve it:
- Turn off the device
- Remove the USB stick and reconnect it securely
- Turn the device back on and check again
- Try using a different, known-working USB drive (preferably FAT32 formatted).
- Copy the data from your current USB drive (if accessible)
