Problem Description:

A momentary power failure or short circuit occurred during device operation — most often at the beginning of the sterilization cycle.

The issue may be caused by:

• A short circuit in the autoclave or power outlet
• Faulty electrical wiring in the installation site
• Internal faults in components such as the valve wiring harness or heating elements

How to solve it:

• Restart the device:
  • Tap a few times on the display until the Restart button appears.
  • Press the Restart button.
  • If a code is required, enter 0000.
  • If the Restart button does not appear, switch off the device manually, wait at least 20 seconds, and then switch it on again.
• Ensure the autoclave is plugged directly into a working outlet
• Try connecting it to a different socket to rule out an issue with the current one
• Consult a qualified electrician to verify the electrical installation on-site.
