Equalizing pressure
Problem description:
Pressure stabilization when the device is idle — equalization to atmospheric pressure.
Possible Causes:
- A sterilization pouch may have fallen out of the tray and become lodged at the back of the chamber, blocking the drain outlet
- A malfunctioning control board, which misreads pressure levels and falsely triggers this message
How to solve it:
This message may appear occasionally due to normal pressure equalization after a cycle. However, if it occurs frequently:
- Inspect the chamber to ensure no pouch has slipped behind the tray and blocked the outlet and remove it if found.
- Restart the device and observe behavior.
